Mike's Avocado spread

This avocado spread is great on toast. It could be used as a dip as well. I never actually bother to measure out the the ingredients, I just add them to taste. The lemon juice serves to keep the spread from going brown. Any of the ingredients can be substituted or omitted without ruining anything because let's face it, you can  never go wrong with avocados.  read more »
