The meeting has been posted to the calendar here. Probably better to discuss agenda items there (not here). Hint: the meeting will be at 7pm onSunday, June 28th, 2009 at EVAC.

Hi everyone,

I'd like to propose a meeting for EVAC on Sunday June 28th, 2009 at 7pm.

At the meeting we can discuss:

restructuring the board
membership fees/privileges
policies for events
an events coordinator
suggest other items for the agenda in the comments!

I'll wait a few days for feedback, and if there are no conflicts for anyone I'll post this on the calendar. If you want to attend but are unable to make it on that day, please post some alternative dates in the comments below.

Hi there,

Here on Londoncommons.net, we strive to build a sense of community. One of the ways we do that is by asking everyone to use their real names as their username. Preferably, people use their full names, but at a minimum we ask that they at least use their first or last name and an initial (usernames like 'Firstname Lastname', 'F. Lastname' or 'Firstname L', or something similar would be acceptable.)
I'm just sending this message to ask that you change your username to meet the requirements of our username policy.

Your username can be changed by clicking on the 'edit' link on your account page, typing the change into the 'username' field and hitting the 'submit' button at the very bottom of the page.
Unfortunately, If your username is not changed, I will have to restrict your account until it is changed, limiting your ability to participate in the site. Please send me a message when you have done this at http://www.londoncommons.net/users/mike-mcgregor.
