CHRW's first audio documentary contest is over and the winners have been chosen. The 6 member panel judged the entries, which were submitted by Western students, high school students, as well as London and area community members.

Interested in making audio/radio documentaries? 94.9 CHRW is hosting a free workshop on Tuesday March 25th from 7-9pm. Expert guest speakers will talk about what makes a compelling documentary, how to structure your story, various sources of sound to use, etc. Q&A to follow.

The first is a documentary called The Bridge. It is a film about Suicide, a pretty heavy subject. And to large extent, it's also film about mental illness.
