Any Ideas/ Sponsors/ Help to rebuild Collapsed School in Haiti

If you have not already heard about the horrible tragedy that occured last week in Haiti, please read this article http://thejadedleft.yuku.com/topic/1161.  To make a long story short, a school that did not have adequate funding for it to be structurally sound collapsed on 700 students, killing more than it injured.    It is so difficult to get people the help that they need in a situaton like this.  We can give to red Cross and hope that the proceeds actually get there...  read more »

WARNING FOR PARENTS IN LONDON

Bulldozing Low Income Housing- Where will the Tenants go?

The following was published in The Londoner yesterday on October 22, 2008. I have a few problems with this that I have been trying to get a hold of the Middlesex London housing Corporation to address.
